What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies, focusing on customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
Own and manage the email and SMS campaign calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize for better results.
Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, Label, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
