Position Overview The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in coordinating KOL collaborations and content marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the entire process from influencer sourcing and outreach to negotiation, execution, and follow-up, while also supporting visual content creation and social media operations.
Key Responsibilities KOL Recruitment & Management - Identify, source, and engage suitable KOLs/influencers across various social media platforms such as Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RED), and TikTok.
- Conduct initial screening, negotiate collaboration terms and rates, and follow up on contracts and partnership agreements.
- Build and maintain a database of influencer contacts and partnerships.
Collaboration Coordination - Coordinate KOL content schedules and campaign timelines.
