Position Summary

We’re seeking a strategic and customer-focused Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team here at the Weed Man corporate office – the fastest growing lawn care company in North America! This is an exciting time for our organization as we continue scaling our digital ecosystem, enhancing our CRM capabilities, and investing in lifecycle marketing to drive deeper customer engagement and retention across our franchise network.

We’re looking for a data-driven marketer with hands‑on experience in email and SMS who understands how to build meaningful customer journeys, optimize performance, and turn insights into action. This role will play a critical part in shaping how we communicate with prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle—from lead to loyal advocate.
