About the Role

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for campaigns that make an impact? We're looking for a Marketing Communications and Campaigns Manager to join our marketing team at Würth.

In this varied and hands‑on role, you'll shape how we communicate — both inside the business and out. From optimising our internal communication platforms and crafting compelling copy, to designing multi‑channel campaigns for our largest customers and bringing memorable events to life, no two days will be the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Internal Communications & Copywriting

• Continuously improve our internal communication platforms (intranet and company internet), making them more efficient and user‑friendly
• Write and edit engaging content for a range of audiences, in close coordination with stakeholders
• Identify the right content, channels, and target audiences — and prepare content for distribution
