Input into Strategy Formulation: Coordinating the development of strategies for all S. E. shows under PD direction. Manage implementation and control of plans as per the directive of the PD. Research topics relevant to strategy development on these projects.

Budgets: Responsible for administering approved marketing budgets; both exhibitions and corporate. Determine marketing budget forecasts for each show. Once finalized, ensure each show meets budget expenditure. Track invoicing and purchase orders related to this.
