Marketing Delivery & Operations Specialist

Purpose of role

We’re seeking an execution‑driven Marketing Delivery and Operations Specialist to provide day‑to‑day delivery leadership within the product marketing team. This role works closely with Product Marketing Specialists and Managers from intake through execution, owning timelines, task and approval tracking, and delivery risk. You remain hands‑on throughout execution—monitoring progress, adjusting plans, escalating issues when needed, and driving work to completion in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The ideal candidate brings strong marketing fundamentals and a disciplined, detail‑oriented approach to delivery, with comfort enforcing process, maintaining visibility, and holding workstreams accountable.
