The ideal candidate combines strong technical capability in email and journey automation with a deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and data‑driven marketing execution.

• Design, build, and deploy email, SMS, and multi‑channel marketing campaigns in SFMC and Klaviyo.
• Develop and optimize automation journeys (Journey Builder, Automation Studio) and triggered campaigns across both platforms.
