**What you will be responsible for?**

As Marketing Director, you'll lead the Dupixent Dermatology Marketing team to

- Drive Dupixent leadership in Dermatology in China

- Responsible for the achievement of the marketing mission, goals and financial objectives

- Optimize growth in P&L

- Steering, planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications, project/platforms both external and internal.

- Ensure effective management within MKT function, and cross-function collaboration within BU/Med/MA

- Build a strong marketing team

**JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:**

**Education:**

+ Master’s degree or PhD in Pharmaceuticals or Marketing is preferred. Bachelor is acceptable.

**Experience & knowledge:**
