The Marketing Director defines where to play and how to win across segments, channels, and portfolios, translating market insight into clear priorities that drive growth, margin, and competitive advantage. This role is accountable for market-facing direction across the business, including which customer needs to prioritize, what solutions to bring forward, and how to position them for success in the market.
