About Xinference

Xinference is an enterprise AI infrastructure company. Our platform lets organisations run and scale AI model inference at lower cost and without vendor lock-in. Our agent product Xagent takes repetitive busywork off people's plates. We're expanding across Asia-Pacific, and much of that growth runs through industry conferences, our own meetups and webinars, and paid campaigns.

The role

You'll work directly with our Marketing Lead as the execution engine behind our events and campaigns. Conferences, meetups and webinars are how we reach customers, and your work is what the market actually sees: the booth artwork, the merchandise, the invitation emails, the follow-up.

A typical week looks like this. Monday morning you're revising booth artwork against an organiser's spec sheet. That afternoon you're confirming delivery dates with a merchandise supplier and updating the shared events calend...
