Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Create and monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns according to industry policies and best practices 
Ensure prompt and accurate email communication 
Support the Sustainability Brand Ambassador 
Usher residents who have signed their lease agreement at counters 
Update the appointments log book on a daily basis 
Liaise with staff to obtain the total number of appointments for the next working day 
Standby for any additional appointments 
 Business Operations  Assist with smooth delivery of messaging, sales, customer service and business reporting 
Assist to maximise customer digital engagement through daily operations and efficiency improvements 
Assist with development and execution of B2C events, content creation to engage residents 
 Period  1 year contract
