1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with documented ownership over at least one performance channel across paid social, email, SEO, or content, and direct accountability for defined commercial outcomes.
Working command of at least one marketing automation or distribution platform, including HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, or equivalent, at a production level.
Track record of running campaigns end-to-end: from brief through execution, optimisation, and closed-loop performance reporting.
Clear written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate channel-level performance data into commercial language for non-marketing stakeholders.
Demonstrated budget management discipline, with spend-to-outcome tracking and allocation adjustment based on real-time performance signal.
