Job Description Performance Marketing & Data Analytics
Execute paid and organic digital campaigns (Google, Meta, and other platforms) to drive leads and conversions for Beijing Language School and Elevate programmes.
Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, including CPL/CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Optimise campaigns and budgets in collaboration with internal teams and agencies to ensure cost‑efficient results.
