Marketing Leader, Building Automation - ASEAN & EAST ASIA (AEA)

Provide strategic leadership to the strategy and marketing efforts across the Building Automation ASEAN & East Asia region. Lead the development and execution of a robust strategic plan, driving channel and customer marketing for all lines of business, accelerating vertical and connected strategies to maximize profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the STRAP (Honeywell’s annual strategy planning) process, conduct portfolio analysis & assessment to identify revenue & growth plans by market/product segments.
• Deliver growth by enabling the Annual Operating Plan execution.
• Drive customer focus in marketing & commercial initiatives.
• Support regional Sales & Customer Marketing teams to drive growth; develop product knowledge, competence and sales tools; update the knowledge portal and participate in demand planning....
