Reporting to the Associate Director, Commercial – APAC Agents, you will be the brand custodian and marketing strategist for a portfolio of 11 distributor markets across the Asia Pacific region.

What You’ll Do

• Shape and steer 360° marketing strategies tailored to each market’s specificities, consumer profile, and channel mix
• Strengthen our strategic brand pillars across Skincare, Makeup and Spa categories
• Guide and optimize distributors’ marketing investments to maximize brand impact and ROI
• Lead social media, media and CRM strategies in partnership with regional teams
