To lead the development and execution of retail marketing plans that drive in‑store performance, enhance product visibility, and grow sales across retail, pharmacy, and consumer channels. The role focuses on personal care, beauty, wellness, FMCG, food, and lifestyle products, working closely with commercial, sales, category, and brand teams to deliver impactful activations, support product launches, improve shelf presence, and create a strong customer experience at the point of sale.
