Role Impact

You’ll be the driving force behind one of our biggest verticals – executing global initiatives, leading local campaigns, and managing everything from product launches to influencer seeding, digital performance, PR, and retailer partnerships, all in close collaboration with the global team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take ownership of global Baby initiatives alongside the Marketing Director, while leading and executing local marketing strategies across your assigned market.
• Drive the execution of global paid campaigns and localise content and activations to ensure cultural and market relevance.
• Lead the launch of new products across all major marketing channels, ensuring cohesive, high-impact execution.
