General Description:
The Marketing Manager, Hematology, Japan is to build up product tactical brand plan and well implement through marketing programs or campaigns together with sales team followed brand strategy in the Hematology therapeutic area.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the product
Develop and implement national promotional campaigns, materials and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies
Work together with sales team, give clear market direction and guideline to sales team
Develop critical relationships with KOL and other allied health care professionals.
Set up KOLs communication workshops to understand the patients /physicians insights.
