What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Minimum 3–5 years of experience within the healthcare sector, preferably from hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, or related healthcare organizations.

At least 1.5–2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role with responsibility for leading marketing initiatives and team performance.

Proven experience managing and developing teams of 5–7 members.

Strong exposure to brand building, social media growth, ATL/BTL campaigns, events, and community engagement programs.

Comfortable working closely with business owners or senior leadership and presenting marketing performance and strategic recommendations.
