Position Overview
**Position summary:**
This position is responsible to develop marketing strategies, with the aim to capture and broaden Stryker’s market share in existing and potential markets and drive revenue growth.

+ Direct product management through the entire product life cycle including market needs, product registration, new product launch, product training, product promotion/advertising and product end of life.
+ Develop product marketing strategies including product positioning, and product combination for tender bidding, product pricing, go-to-market strategies, and incentive plan for product promotion for specific product line.
+ Designing and leading field and digital marketing campaign, physicians training courses for share gain and penetration
