We are looking for an operationally strong, innovative, and proactive Marketing Manager to join Atomic - the world’s leading ski brand. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing the Atomic Nordics marketing team across Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark. You will locally manage and implement marketing activities based on the global brand marketing strategy and, together with the local team, plan and execute the omnichannel marketing plan in close collaboration with Sales, Product, and HQ Marketing.
**KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Lead and develop the Nordics ATOMIC Marketing team
- Create, plan and execute the local marketing plan according to the brand strategy
- Develop a local media plan (online/offline) and coordinate with relevant partners (PR agency, global Digital Marketing Team)
- Enhance the online/offline consumer shopping experience in close collaboration with our retail partners.
