Marketing Manager - Senior Content Writer

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Content Writer to lead Firstsource's horizontal content marketing programme across all service lines. This is a high-ownership, end-to-end role: that will set the content strategy, do the writing, manage external contributors, and own performance, all without significant hand-holding.

Horizontal means the content works across Firstsource's full portfolio covering areas spanning Artificial Intelligence, Collections, Consulting, Customer Experience, AI-First Marketing, Digital Platforms & Technologies, IT Services & Solutions, Trust & Safety and more, rather than sitting within any single vertical.
