Responsibilities

• Develop and execute in-store merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and drive sales performance
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement and promotional activities
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling visual displays and point-of-purchase materials
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability on shelves and in stockrooms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Auto Motive field is highly preferred
• 2-4 years of proven experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or a similar marketing role
• Demonstrated understanding of retail sales cycles, consumer behavior, and product placement strategies
• Proficiency in retail analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
