Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end purchase order (PO) process for LATAM Marketing, from receipt of approved requests through execution and monitoring.
Ensure accurate and timely operational execution of requests, meeting deadlines and aligning with internal teams' needs.
Maintain and manage supplier registration and onboarding, acting as the bridge between our stakeholders and the global procurement team.
Own supplier relationship management, ensuring service delivery, SLA compliance, issue resolution, and ongoing communication.
Review and validate invoices and charges, confirming alignment with contracts, POs and services delivered.
Provide visibility and operational support around marketing spend, suppliers and contractual commitments.
Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities, leveraging technology and AI to increase efficiency.
