Marketing Operations Coordinator

 Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional material, and print orders.

  • Assist with content calendars and liaise with graphic design and marketing teams.

  • Monitor social media enquiries and ensure prompt follow-up.

  • Provide general marketing administration and support for dealership campaigns.

  • Coordinate marketing events and supplier communications.

  • Assist with OEM marketing compliance, claims, reporting, and budget administration.

  • Prepare marketing reports, track expenses, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Support ad hoc marketing projects and departmental initiatives.
