Job Purpose

The Marketing Operations Specialist, Email & Campaign Production role supports the execution of campaign requests across Tungsten Automation’s global marketing organization, with a primary focus on email and campaign production responsibilities. This role serves as a key execution partner for email builds, forms, audience segmentation, list uploads, campaign quality assurance, and request fulfillment for internal business partners.

This remote role will also support broader marketing operations activities such as tech stack audits, lead routing checks, data hygiene, process documentation, platform clean‑up, and operational improvements. This is a hands‑on production role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in marketing automation, campaign execution, QA, and AI‑enabled ways of working.
