MUST HAVES

• 3-5+ years of industry experience working as a project or program manager
• Prior experience having strong alignment and collaboration with sales and marketing teams
• Background creating programs that generate demand and pipeline that converts closed‑won revenue
• Experience expanding customer base through x‑sell/up‑sell and net‑recent demand generation programs
• Background leading cross‑segment projects/programs, from inception to final reporting
• This will range from high‑touch executive events to tradeshows to webinar programs, delivered on‑time and on budget
• Experience supporting Field Marketing Managers with program deliverables to achieve pipeline goals
• Extreme attention to detail and organization
• Experience working on multiple projects at once
