- Lead end-to-end programme management for Marketing workstreams across all phases (design, build, testing, go-live, hypercare)
- Coordinate global stakeholders (Marketing, Tech, R&D, GBS, external partners) to ensure alignment and execution
- Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, with clear mitigation and escalation
- Manage programme governance, including stage-gate readiness and go/no-go decisions
- Ensure testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment readiness across markets and teams
- Oversee training, change management, and business adoption of new processes and tools
- Support go-live execution and post-launch stabilization (hypercare)
- Drive smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations and GBS handover
- Maintain integrated plans, reporting, and executive-level visibility on programme status
