SUMMARY: DBN – South Africa Marketing & Sales Manager (Agriculture) - Gauteng
Purpose of the job: Responsible to develop and execute the commercial marketing and business development strategy & delivering profitability, sales growth and market share expansion.
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor or Masters Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Biology or Plant Sciences.
2. Additional Business, Marketing or MBA qualification is an advantage.
3. 10+ years in crop protection or agricultural inputs.
4. Proven success in sales, marketing, and business development.
5. Experienced in managing distributors.
6. Deep knowledge of South African agriculture.
7. Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
