Purpose of the job:
Responsible to develop and execute the commercial marketing and business development strategy & delivering profitability, sales growth and market share expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Biology or Plant Sciences.
- Additional Business, Marketing or MBA qualification is an advantage.
- 10+ years in crop protection or agricultural inputs.
- Proven success in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Experienced in managing distributors.
- Deep knowledge of South African agriculture.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
