Rise & Shine Realty L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – Meta Ads & CRM to take full ownership of our digital marketing efforts and drive high-quality lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts across all platforms.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Publish pre-produced video content according to a structured marketing plan.
- Create compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy to maximize campaign performance.
- Manage incoming leads and ensure all inquiries are properly captured and assigned through the CRM system.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize for better results.
This Role Does NOT Include
- Photography or videography.
- Graphic design.
