Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support customer engagement strategies across email, SMS, and messaging channels. The role focuses on lifecycle campaigns, customer journey management, segmentation, and analytics.



Key Responsibilities

- Execute CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Viber

- Develop onboarding, retention, and re-engagement customer journeys

- Manage CRM platform operations including workflows and automations

- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution

- Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics

- Prepare dashboards and reports for Digital and Brand teams

- Support ecommerce-triggered customer journeys



Qualifications

- At least 2 years of CRM, ecommerce, or digital marketing experience
