Design and own the end-to-end MarTech stack architecture (CDP, e-commerce, CRM, personalisation, loyalty & campaign tools)Build omnichannel customer journeys by integrating online (web/app) & offline (POS, in-store) dataDefine and govern the data & personalisation strategy within the CDPLead technology evaluation & roadmap planning to align with growth goalsOversee system integrations, APIs, and governance standards (GDPR compliance)Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, CRM & data teams to turn business needs into technical solutions Key Requirements
