**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer within the Martech team to support enterprise marketing decisioning, workflow automation, and lead the transformation of Martech Stack to an AI native agentic solution. This role is an opportunity to help lead the design, development, and modernization of mission-critical platforms using Pega PRPC, Pega Customer Decision Hub, cloud/on-prem enterprise systems, and modern AI capabilities including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform and Pega Customer Decision Hub
+ Design and implement AI and Agentic AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG patterns, prompt engineering, semantic search, tool calling, and AI orchestration frameworks
