This role also helps clients get ready for implementation meetings, introduces them to the system and security tools, trains practitioners on how to maintain data, and supports a smooth transition to ongoing service.
Bachelors degree or equivalent in education & experience 1-2 years business to business client service interface or equivalent education and experience and basic project management skills. Aptitude with automated productivity tools
