General Statement of Job

Under regular supervision, performs masonry duties including, tile and block installation and repair; performs various other maintenance duties to assist supervisor and co-workers as assigned. Reports to Building Services Supervisor.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Performs masonry duties including tile and block installation and repair.
Performs various other special maintenance tasks to assist supervisor and co-workers, including but not limited to, plastering and sanding drywall, painting, brick and fence repair, and general concrete work.
Performs tasks in accordance with applicable codes, specifications, standards and schedules. 
Prepares and submits daily work report. 
Assembles scaffolding as needed up to 30 feet.
Operates a variety of equipment, such as a two-way radio, masonry tools, drywall tools, painting tools, paint sprayer, power tools, hand tools, e...
