Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Manage mass tort cases and maintain strong client relationships through regular phone interviews and updates. 
Order, review, and summarize medical records to prepare factual responses to discovery. 
Draft and file legal documents including complaints, discovery responses, and other pleadings. 
Manage case workflows within the electronic case management system and assist with the intake system. 
Document all communications and events accurately and submit invoices according to firm policy. 
Provide general assistance to attorneys and senior paralegals. 
 Requirements  Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree. 
5+ years of mass tort or personal injury paralegal experience. 
Proven experience drafting and filing complaints and other pleadings. 
Ability to review and summarize medical information with minimal supervision.
