- **Requirements**:
- Valid Master Mariner (Unlimited) CoC
- Recent experience as Master or Chief Officer on bulk carriers
- Good knowledge of ISM, ISPS, and international maritime regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and crew management skills
- Good command of English, spoken and written
