Parsons is seeking an Associate Urban Designer to join our Master Planning team in Dubai. You will lead Masterplanning and Urban Design projects, guiding multi‑disciplinary teams and external subconsultants to deliver coherent, high‑quality urban solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture or related field, 10+ years in urban planning consultancy, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.
