**Job Description**

Working as a Master Program Planner at BAE Space and Mission Systems (SMS) is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-tech team of people developing innovative products for the Aerospace and Defense industry. You will be responsible for developing a multi-year plan that the team must follow to produce the customer deliverable. Tasks are performed under the general direction of program managers and functional managers, plus mentoring from senior Master Planner staff.

A Master Program Planner II is supporting programs with an increased understanding of industry practices and standards. They will work to develop solutions on a variety of problems of increased scope and complexity. They will work under general direction from supervision. They will have an increased level of responsibility and execution, working toward independently supporting programs of medium complexity and size.
