About the job Master Technician - Electrical

Job Purpose:

To diagnose, repair, and support complex electrical and air conditioning (A/C) issues in commercial vehicles (e.g., buses, trucks, vans). The Master Technician serves as the subject‑matter expert for high‑voltage, low‑voltage, wiring, HVAC systems, and electronic controls, ensuring safe and effective repairs with minimal downtime.

Key Accountabilities:

Diagnose and repair advanced electrical faults including wiring harness issues, control modules, battery management systems, and lighting systems in commercial vehicles.

Troubleshoot and service HVAC/Air Conditioning systems, including compressor, evaporator, blower motors, refrigerant lines, and climate control modules.

Use OEM diagnostic tools and multimeters to interpret fault codes and CAN bus signals.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high‑voltage and 24V systems.
