The Role

You’ll be joining experienced owners who are hands‑on yet supportive, with a strong focus on crew development and progression. There is genuine scope for the Mate/Engineer to step up into a Captain role during the program.

We are seeking a driven Mate/Engineer and Stew/Chef (couple or individuals) for a well‑maintained 20m Oyster sailing yacht embarking on an Oyster World Rally program. This is a rare opportunity to gain serious offshore mileage across remote and bucket‑list cruising grounds.
