Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control material flow to support production schedules.
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production based on BOM and work orders.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Production teams to prevent material shortages or excess inventory.
• Monitor critical and long‑lead‑time materials.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
• Oversee cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to FIFO / FEFO practices and shelf‑life control.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, slow‑moving, obsolete, and excess (SMO) materials.

Warehouse & Material Handling

• Supervise receiving, storage, kitting, and issuing of materials.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components, including ESD‑sensitive items.
