Overview

Supports material procurement from known or sourced suppliers of low complexity. The Procurement Analyst Level 1 processes procurement transactions as well as supports procurement processes and projects led by senior Supply Chain staff or managers.

What you will be doing

• Supports material procurement from known or sourced suppliers of low complexity by reviewing material requirements with applicable teams, setting up material lists for stock items, preparing and issuing requests for quotes, identifying suppliers meeting specified requirements and lead time based on award criteria, confirming pricing and terms of delivery with suppliers, and preparing and processing material requests/requisitions in the supply chain management system.
