About the Role

The Material Grinder is responsible for safely operating grinders to grind bottles. Ensures product entering regrind system is free of contamination. Operates and sets up resin equipment such as blenders, vacuum pumps, and resin lines ensuring that all equipment is running as intended.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

· Audit resin lines to ensure the resin hose configuration board is accurate

· Completes Metal Separator Audit and required documentation

· Access and utilize reports to identify available scrap in the warehouse

· Accurately:

o Changes blending percentages on blenders and labels materials once ground

o Processes materials according to labels

o Consumes product tickets and correctly completes daily paperwork

o Identifies and separates scrap as needed
