The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials to support uninterrupted production operations. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely material supply to production lines, and compliance with safety, quality, and contamination control requirements. Responsibilities: Receive, verify, load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts (if certified), pallet jacks, or other handling equipment
Manage incoming, outgoing, and WIP material transactions with accurate system updates and proper labelling
Stage and deliver materials to production areas in accordance with production schedules
Ensure materials are protected from contamination, damage, and mix-ups during storage and transfer
Segregate and manage Quality On-Hold, MRB, and Quarantine materials with correct identification and designated locations
