ResponsibilitiesAdheres to the stock strategy guidelines supplied by BA SCM and aligns with Plant SCM.Manages exception messages and reviews raw material requirements daily in MRP.Converts purchase requisitions to purchase orders where needed.Analyzes raw material supply to ensure we stay balanced with inventory.Monitors supply by ensuring confirmation on purchase orders, following up on expected and late deliveries.Communicates with vendors to obtain product or service information, availability, and delivery schedule.Works closely with receiving, supply chain, finance, production and management.Provides good customer service to internal and external customers assisting and supporting requests, needs etc.Expedites orders and requests as needed.Owns the raw material debottlenecking process and aligns with BA Procurement if not resolved, provides details for escalation.Communicates frequently with BA Procurement on areas of concern.Supports BA Procurement team members in shortage or a...
