Job Description
· Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, drive the improvement agenda.
· Develop monthly Production Plan based on Demand input and Capacity situation.
· Establish and maintain a weekly master production schedule to support Production Plan
· Help define and maintain S&OP KPIs and metrics to support continuous improvement.
· Distribute work orders and assist department personnel in obtaining items (drawings, parts, etc.) necessary to complete job operations and job material transactions.
· Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support business initiatives, adjust plans accordingly and communicate supply chain issues and recommendations for resolution.
· Review and maintain master data for legacy and new products for proper planning.
· Communicate shortages to appropriate departments and make recommendations.
Manage running action and issues list, drive issues to closure on a timely basis.
