1 Program Material Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive Material Program Plans and Subcontract Management Plans
• Balance strategic planning with hands‑on tactical execution, ensuring material readiness aligns with program milestones.
• Lead early material engagement, including early supplier involvement, long‑lead identification, and front‑end business planning.
• Drive make/buy/where decisions to optimize cost, schedule, and risk.

2 Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Program Management to translate technical and schedule requirements into executable material plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and suppliers to ensure alignment and rapid issue resolution.
