We're looking for a **Materials Group Leader** to lead our 1st shift shipping and receiving team at a fast-paced Tier 1 automotive manufacturing facility. **What You'll Do**

+ Lead and supervise first shift shipping, receiving and material handling operations
+ Promote and maintain a safe work environment for all team members
+ Oversee warehouse organization, inventory flow, 5S and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
